- Release & saving: the US release is a standard Nintendo DS game card from Square Enix (2011). It saves to the card itself, so there is no memory card or console-side save to worry about. Check that the product code on the card label matches the US release rather than a Japanese one.
- Japanese copies are the main trap. The Japanese release (2010) outnumbers US copies in eBay search results, often under near-identical titles with no region word at all.
