Gaming graphics cards ranked by how much relative performance each dollar of today's used asking price buys. Higher is better value.
Performance: average FPS at Ultra settings from the Tom's Hardware GPU Benchmarks Hierarchy (rasterization), retrieved 2026-10-30. "Overall" combines 1080p, 1440p and 4K, scaled so the RTX 3060 12GB = 100. Approximate, not benchmarks we ran. Prices: used asking prices from our daily eBay snapshot, not sold prices. Listed so you can still find them. Fewer than 5 used listings is one or two sellers' opinion, not a market price, and we never estimate a missing performance figure.

Performance is the average frame rate the Tom's Hardware GPU Benchmarks Hierarchy publishes for each card at 1080p, 1440p and 4K Ultra in its rasterization test suite, all from one revision of that suite so the cards compare fairly. Overall is the geometric mean of the three resolutions, rescaled so the RTX 3060 12GB reads 100: a card scoring 200 is roughly twice as fast. These are averages across that suite's games, not benchmarks we ran, and they don't capture ray tracing, upscaling or any one game. Cards the source doesn't test aren't ranked; we never estimate a figure.
Price is the median used asking price from our daily snapshot of each card's filtered eBay listings (parts-only cards, lots, laptop GPUs and look-alike models removed). Switch the basis to the 25th percentile to see what a patient buyer who waits for the cheaper quarter of listings would pay. These are asking prices, not sold prices.
Perf per $100 (or FPS per $100) is the performance figure divided by price, times 100. Pick the resolution you play at: a card that's great value at 1080p can fall behind at 4K, where VRAM and raw horsepower matter more.
