Exact SKU identity. The i5-13400F is a 13th-gen desktop chip for the LGA1700 socket with 10 cores (6 performance, 4 efficiency) and 16 threads. The F means no integrated graphics, so it needs a discrete GPU to show a picture. The plain i5-13400 is a different SKU that does include integrated graphics, and sellers drop the suffix often. This feed requires "13400F" in the title, so an unsuffixed "i5-13400" listing won't appear here. Confirm the model line printed on the heat spreader in the seller's photo rather than trusting the title.
Variants & value impact. Listings quote different S-spec codes (SRMBN, SRMBG and others) for what is sold as the same chip.
