Exact SKU identity. The 12700KF is a 12-core (8 performance + 4 efficiency), 20-thread unlocked desktop processor for the LGA1700 socket. The "F" means no integrated graphics, so it needs a discrete graphics card to produce any display output. It is a different purchase from the Core i7-12700K, which has integrated graphics, and from the non-K 12700 and 12700F. Confirm the model on the chip's heat spreader in the photos, not only in the title.
Variants & value impact. Retail boxed (BX-prefixed) and OEM tray (CM-prefixed) part numbers both show up. Tray chips usually ship without a cooler or retail packaging, which is one source of the asking-price spread.
