How we filter
Every feed has its own filter, tuned by hand for this one part. Before any change goes live, those filters are tested against thousands of real eBay listing titles. Every night, each feed is checked against every other deal page in its category, so a listing for a different part that slips in gets flagged and fixed instead of quietly shown.
Of the 9 listings we observed for this game in the last 30 days, we filtered out 4 of 9 (~44%) for quality reasons. The remaining 5 are what we'd actually surface.
- 2 seller had too few feedback ratings
- 1 shipped from a region we exclude
- 1 seller positive-feedback percentage too low
What the feed excludes
An eBay search for Titan Xp 12GB returns far more than the part itself: laptop chips, mining rigs, coolers, empty boxes and whole PCs all mention it in their titles. These are the 77 terms we filter out to keep this feed to the real thing. A listing whose title contains any of them never reaches the feed, the price table or an alert. Many look unrelated to Titan Xp 12GB because they are: that's the noise.

Titan Xp: buyer & reseller spec sheet
Exact SKU identity. The Titan Xp is a Pascal-generation desktop card with 12GB of GDDR5X. It sits next to the older Titan X, which is also a 12GB card and is often titled almost identically. The trailing "p" is the difference, so check the name on a GPU-Z screenshot or in the item specifics rather than trusting a title. This feed requires "Xp" in the title and rejects titles naming the other Titan models.
Variants & value impact. The standard card and the Star Wars Collector's Edition (Galactic Empire and Jedi Order versions) are the same GPU, but collector's editions are asking-price outliers. Expect them to ask well above a standard board, and weigh that premium as collectibility, not performance. Complete-in-box and open-box units ask more than bare used cards.
Listing traps. While tuning, the raw results mixed in multi-card lots, water-cooled or full-system listings that merely contain a Titan Xp, and Titan X cards titled without the "p". Many identical listings also came from overseas sellers; the feed keeps US-located items only. Confirm the exact model and what ships in the box before paying.
Buying a used graphics card: what to check
These checks apply to every card on our graphics-card pages. The item notes above cover what is specific to this model.
Used
- Ask for a screenshot of a monitoring tool (such as GPU-Z) showing the exact model and memory size, plus a stress test or benchmark run with temperatures visible.
- Ask whether the card was used for mining. Mining wear is mostly fans and thermal pads, which are fixable, but it should be disclosed and priced in.
- Check the photos for bent fins, missing screws, broken fan blades and damaged power connectors.
- Confirm whether the manufacturer warranty transfers. It varies by brand and is tied to the serial number.
Refurbished
- Find out who refurbished it (the manufacturer or a third party) and how long the warranty is.
- Ask what was replaced. A repaste and new pads is routine; a replaced core or memory is not.
New
- Check that the box is factory sealed and the serial on the box matches the card, so warranty registration works.
- Very low prices on "new" cards from new seller accounts are the most common scam on this category.
