How we filter
Every feed has its own filter, tuned by hand for this one part. Before any change goes live, those filters are tested against thousands of real eBay listing titles. Every night, each feed is checked against every other deal page in its category, so a listing for a different part that slips in gets flagged and fixed instead of quietly shown.
Of the 1989 listings we observed for this game in the last 30 days, we filtered out 1896 of 1989 (~95%) for quality reasons. The remaining 93 are what we'd actually surface.
- 1790 missing a required keyword group (e.g. completeness / authenticity)
- 36 matched a bootleg / out-of-scope keyword
- 25 shipped from a region we exclude
- 21 seller had too few feedback ratings
- 8 priced below our floor (too good to be true)
- 8 seller positive-feedback percentage too low
- 4 wrong condition (e.g. parts-only)
- 3 priced above the curated ceiling
- 1 caught by a junk-listing guard
What the feed excludes
An eBay search for AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB returns far more than the part itself: laptop chips, mining rigs, coolers, empty boxes and whole PCs all mention it in their titles. These are the 164 terms we filter out to keep this feed to the real thing. A listing whose title contains any of them never reaches the feed, the price table or an alert. Many look unrelated to AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB because they are: that's the noise.

The RX 6700 XT is one of the most common cards on the used market. A lot of people bought one, and plenty of them have since upgraded. That makes it a good card to buy secondhand. It also makes it a card that listing mistakes, salvage cards and look-alike siblings hide behind easily.
This page filters a live eBay feed down to US sellers with a verified item location and an established feedback history. It requires the title to actually read "6700 XT", and it excludes salvage listings, accessories, whole prebuilt systems and multi-card lots. Use the condition chips to switch between Used, Refurbished and New. Prices in the table are asking prices from currently-active listings, not completed sales.
Which RX 6700 XT you're actually buying
The desktop RX 6700 XT is a 12GB GDDR6 card. That figure comes straight from
eBay's item specifics on a card in this feed, which reported
Memory Size: 12 GB, Memory Type: GDDR6 and
Chipset/GPU Model: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. A listing that quotes a different
memory size for a "6700 XT" is either a different card or a careless title. This
feed drops titles that say 10GB.
Don't trust the item specifics blindly on this card
On most pages the advice is "read the item specifics, not the title". On this card that advice needs a caveat. Item specifics are filled in by the seller, and while this page was being built several genuine RX 6700 XT listings carried plainly wrong values in the GPU model field. One MSI Gaming X card was recorded as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, another MSI card as a Radeon RX 560, and a PowerColor card as an "NVIDIA Radeon RX 6700 XT". Others just said "AMD Radeon" or left the field blank.
So check the card against three sources: the title, the item specifics, and the photos. The photos show the cooler, the shroud branding and usually the sticker on the back of the card, and they are the hardest to get wrong. If the three disagree, ask the seller before you buy.
The siblings that share the name
Every card in AMD's RX 6000 range has a four-digit number. Several of them sit close enough to this one to cause mix-ups:
- The RX 6750 XT and RX 6750 GRE. These are different cards from the same family. The GRE in particular turned up here in listings written to catch RX 6700 XT searches. One ASUS RX 6750 GRE was listed three times with "vs AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT" in the title, and an XFX RX 6750 GRE was titled with "RX 6700" in it. This feed excludes 6750-series cards. If you browse eBay directly, read the model number in the photos.
- The plain RX 6700. AMD also sold an RX 6700 without the XT. This feed requires the literal "6700 XT" (in any of the spellings "6700 XT", "6700XT" and "6700-XT"), so non-XT cards don't appear here.
- The cards above it. If your budget stretches, the RX 6800 XT is the next step up in the same generation and has its own page. RX 6800, 6900 and 7000-series cards are excluded from this feed.
- Mobile parts. The RX 6700M is a laptop chip, not a desktop card. It is excluded as a precaution. None appeared in this page's data while it was being tuned.
Board partner, cooler and form factor
AMD's own reference card and a wide range of partner cards all appear in this card's listings. Partner models seen while building this page include XFX (Speedster SWFT 309, QICK 319, MERC 319), MSI (Gaming X, MECH 2X), GIGABYTE (Eagle, Gaming OC, AORUS Elite), PowerColor (Hellhound, Fighter, Red Devil), ASUS (Dual, ROG Strix), SAPPHIRE (Pulse, NITRO+) and ASRock (Challenger D, Challenger Pro). They differ in cooler design, physical size and clock behaviour, not in memory capacity.
Check these two things against the exact model in the listing. Don't assume either one:
- Power connectors differ between models. One partner card in this feed listed "8-Pin + 8-Pin" in its item specifics, while a reference-card listing quoted "8+6Pin" in its title. Confirm the connector configuration for the exact model you're buying, and confirm your PSU has the matching cables.
- Size and power headroom. Leave PSU headroom above the reference figure rather than trusting a number quoted for a different card. Check the card's length and slot width against your case, because the dual-fan and triple-fan partner designs here vary a lot in size.
The item specifics on these cards usually list a Country of Origin of China. That is where the card was manufactured, which is true of most graphics cards. It is not where the item ships from. This page filters to US item locations separately.
Used vs refurbished vs new RX 6700 XT
Used is most of this market and where the value is. A card of this age that was used for gaming is not inherently compromised. The most common honest listing is a card pulled from a working system by someone who upgraded.
Refurbished covers eBay's graded condition labels. "Excellent - Refurbished", "Very Good - Refurbished", "Seller refurbished" and similar all land in this chip. The grade describes the card's cosmetic and functional state as judged by whoever refurbished it. That may be the manufacturer, but it is more often the seller. Several refurbished listings in this feed advertise a one-year warranty in the title, and those listings are priced almost identically to each other, which is typical of a volume seller pricing to a formula. A warranty is worth real money on used hardware, but until you ask what it covers and who honours it, it is only a claim in a title. Some refurbished and used listings are AMD reference or OEM cards identified by a part number rather than a partner name. Those are legitimate, but you should match the photos to the part number.
New on this page also includes Open box. For a component, open box means unused but unsealed, so the two are shown together. Factory-sealed cards still turn up, and they ask well above used ones. This feed caps the asking price, so the most optimistic new-in-box listings don't appear here at all. Whether a sealed card is worth the premium over a healthy used one is your call. The chip doesn't get better in storage, but an unused cooler and original thermal paste are worth something.
The three buckets overlap in price. Read the table by bucket rather than anchoring on the lowest number in the feed.
What this RX 6700 XT feed filters out, and why
Every pattern below came out of the live listing data while this page's filter was being built.
Dead cards with normal-looking titles. Two cards found while tuning this page, an XFX QICK 319 and an XFX MERC 319, had titles that read like any other listing and asking prices that were low but not absurd. The only sign they didn't work was eBay's condition dropdown, set to "For parts or not working". Other salvage listings say so in the title, with "FOR PARTS/AS-IS", "Memory Errors" or a "*READ" tag. This feed excludes them using both the title and the condition field. If you browse eBay directly, read the condition dropdown, not just the title.
Box-only listings. Several listings sell the empty retail box or the box and manual with "No Card" or "NO GPU" in the title. They show up in any search for the card name. At their prices they're obvious, but they're excluded here anyway.
Accessories that carry the model name. Support brackets, I/O shields, replacement fans and aftermarket waterblocks all put "RX 6700 XT" in their titles because that's the card they fit. They're cheap, numerous and excluded.
Whole systems. Prebuilt and custom gaming PCs list under GPU searches because the GPU is the headline part. This feed saw an Alienware Aurora, several custom builds, and a replacement laptop mainboard that used the RX 6700 XT name. All are excluded.
Overseas listings priced as if they were domestic. The largest single group of rejected listings came from outside the US, mostly China, plus Japan, Canada and Singapore. It included many near-identical titles repeated across listings, some starting with a telltale "for" before the brand name. This page requires a verified US item location. Listings with a missing or non-US country are rejected rather than given the benefit of the doubt.
Sellers with no history. Several plausibly priced cards came from accounts with almost no feedback, including one titled "radeon rx 6700 xt 8g", which is the wrong memory size for this card. This feed sets a seller feedback floor. It is deliberately low enough to keep genuine private sellers with modest histories, while excluding accounts with no track record.
Mining is a fair question to ask about a card of this era. No title in this page's data raised it. The filter is written so that a seller who says "never mined" isn't thrown out for using the word.
RX 6700 XT: before you buy
Any condition. Confirm the exact partner model and that it really is a 6700 XT, not a 6750 or a plain 6700, using the photos as well as the title and item specifics. Ask for photos of the actual card, including the I/O bracket and the power connectors, rather than stock images. Confirm that the seller accepts returns.
Used. Ask how long the seller owned it, what it was used for, and whether it has ever been opened, repasted or had its thermal pads replaced. Ask directly whether the card has ever shown artifacting, crashes or display dropouts. Ask for a photo of it running something demanding, not just sitting at a desktop. "Pulled from a working system" is a reasonable thing to hear; follow it up by asking what replaced it and why.
Refurbished. Find out who did the refurbishment and what the warranty is. "Refurbished" with no named refurbisher and no warranty is just "used" with extra words. Where a warranty is offered, ask what it covers, how long it runs and who honours it.
New / Open box. For a sealed card, ask why it's still sealed, and check the seller's other listings for duplicates of the same "new" item. For open box, ask why it was opened and whether the original accessories are included.
On price. At any moment, the cheapest and most expensive listings on this page are far apart, and most of that gap is condition, partner model and seller optimism rather than a bargain. Treat an unusually low asking price as a question rather than an opportunity. Check the condition dropdown first, then check that the card is actually a 6700 XT.
Buying a used graphics card: what to check
These checks apply to every card on our graphics-card pages. The item notes above cover what is specific to this model.
Used
- Ask for a screenshot of a monitoring tool (such as GPU-Z) showing the exact model and memory size, plus a stress test or benchmark run with temperatures visible.
- Ask whether the card was used for mining. Mining wear is mostly fans and thermal pads, which are fixable, but it should be disclosed and priced in.
- Check the photos for bent fins, missing screws, broken fan blades and damaged power connectors.
- Confirm whether the manufacturer warranty transfers. It varies by brand and is tied to the serial number.
Refurbished
- Find out who refurbished it (the manufacturer or a third party) and how long the warranty is.
- Ask what was replaced. A repaste and new pads is routine; a replaced core or memory is not.
New
- Check that the box is factory sealed and the serial on the box matches the card, so warranty registration works.
- Very low prices on "new" cards from new seller accounts are the most common scam on this category.
