Arc A380: buyer & reseller spec sheet
Exact SKU. The A380 is Intel's entry-level Arc desktop card with 6GB of GDDR6. It sits below the Arc A750 8GB, and A750, A770 and A580 listings show up in the same searches. This page requires "A380" in the title and drops listings naming the larger sibling models. Check the model on the card's label or in a driver screenshot, not just the title.
Variants and value. Partner boards from ASRock (Challenger ITX), Sparkle (ELF) and Gunnir all appear. Asking prices differ between boards and sellers, and a used card often asks close to a new one, so compare against the new listings before paying a premium. Cooler design and slot width differ between boards, so check the photos against your case.
Traps. Fan and cooler replacement parts carry the full card name in their titles. The feed excludes them, but confirm the listing is a whole card. Full prebuilt PCs headline the A380 and are dropped as well. Many Gunnir listings ship from overseas and are filtered out by the US-only location setting.
Buying a used graphics card: what to check

Used
- Ask for a screenshot of a monitoring tool (such as GPU-Z) showing the exact model and memory size, plus a stress test or benchmark run with temperatures visible.
- Ask whether the card was used for mining. Mining wear is mostly fans and thermal pads, which are fixable, but it should be disclosed and priced in.
- Check the photos for bent fins, missing screws, broken fan blades and damaged power connectors.
- Confirm whether the manufacturer warranty transfers. It varies by brand and is tied to the serial number.
Refurbished
- Find out who refurbished it (the manufacturer or a third party) and how long the warranty is.
- Ask what was replaced. A repaste and new pads is routine; a replaced core or memory is not.
New
- Check that the box is factory sealed and the serial on the box matches the card, so warranty registration works.
- Very low prices on "new" cards from new seller accounts are the most common scam on this category.
