- Which game this is. Donkey Kong for Game Boy came out in 1994 and reworks the arcade original into a much longer puzzle-platformer. It is a different game from the NES Donkey Kong (NES page) and from Donkey Kong Land, which is a separate Game Boy series with its own listings.
